About

I built this shop for a few key reasons:

  • To raise funds to help a friend survive merciless capitalism. They identify as trans and/or queer, and is disabled.

I will not identify them because they live in a country that aggressively hates trans and disabled people. They have already been badly discriminated against, e.g., abused, fired from their job, etc. Some days the queer community sits at home waiting for the police to show up. There is a lot of fear.

In spite of their situation, they are principled and kind. They stand up for marginalised peoples and have housed the homeless in their humble little space.

Also, they have two rescue cats and a dog so if you don't want these to starve to death you should chip in. I know how it is, people love animals more than they do people.

I have several friends in this situation. If this takes off, hopefully, we get to help all of them. For now, let's start with one person.

  • To pay for my kubernetes addiction. And my mortgage. And I will probably be thrown into the bin for being too old soon, because capitalism is ageist.

So, you know, driven by pain and anxiety, really.

This online shop is ugly as hell. Sorry. I have very little time to work on it, but will iterate on it slowly.

Policies

I am a very small organisation. It consists of just me, and I have my own issues. So, try not to expect full professionalism, though I try.

Here are some policies that I'm still trying to figure out.

Shipping

I use Inkthreadable as my print-on-demand supplier. I've taken shipping details from their page. I think it's outdated but should be largely ok.

Add 2 or 3 days delay on top of shipping time because I have to log into the Inkthreadable site to pay the costs of your orders and I don't do this every day.

Refunds

If you want a refund because of defects, email me. Please include a clear image of the defect.
